Eligibility Criteria For Civil Defence

  • Citizen of India/Bhutan/Nepal
  • Not Below 18 years Of age
  • Must completed primary education till 4th Grade (this condition may be relaxed by Controller)
  • Both Men and Women are allowed to Join Civil Defence
  • No Objection Certificate [In case of Employee Applicant]
  • Applicant Not allowed if served in any mention forces/Departments
    • Armed Forces
    • Police Force
    • Fire Department
    • Any Defence army or force
    • Any Civilian employed with any relation with Armed forces of union
  • Government servants are allowed

Required Documents Civil Defence

The Applicant has attach the following Documents along with Application form with duly filled Form.The applicant has to Attach the following Documents:-

  • Aadhar Card
  • Passport
  • Ration card
  • Voter ID
  • Pan Card
  • DL[Driving License]
  • Any Govt Recognized Documents
  • Date Of Birth [DOB]Proof
    • The applicant should have any of the mentioned documents:-Nursing Home/hospital Report/CMO/Doctor Report/SSC by Recognized Board of Government of India/Principal Signed Certificate/Aadhar Card/Passport
  • Educational Qualification Proof[Mark-sheet]

  • Self Declaration in Required format
  • 1 Passport Size Photo

Online Application Process

Step1:Go to the Official Website of E-District i.e edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in

Step2:On the Homepage, Click New user

Civil Defence Registation

Step3:Now citizen Registration form will be opened on the screen

Step4:Select Documents type from Drop-Down Menu

Step5;:Now enter your Documents Number i.e Aadhar card number/voter ID

Step6:Now Fill the Captcha Code and Hit Login Button

Step7:Now fill the more details like Registration form & Residential form

Step8:Hit Register Button

E-District Registration Guideline

  1. Valid Mobile number
  2. Incase Not owning any above mentioned documents contact tehsildar/Sub-Division Counter Office
  3. The Registration shall be completed within time-span of 72Hrs
  4. Provided information should be correct to avoid cancellation of application form

Step2:Fill the application Form

Step3:Attach all the Documents with Form

Step4:Visit The nearest CSC center with all the Original Documents and apply for Civil Defence

Form Filling Important Details

The Applicant has to Fill the Application form and Submit it online or Offline

  • Self Attested Copy Original Documents has to Uploaded in E-district Website or in case of Offline submission Documents has to be produced At citizen Service Center CSC.Physical Documents verification will done even in the online filling of Application
  • Applicant Should upload Scanned copy of Self Declaration [Online Process]
  • In Case of Offline Hard copy of Self Declaration Shall be Submitted at SDM/Tehsildar/CSC by Speed post OR By Hand along with application number and Acknowledgement number.
