Step1:Go to The Official website of IGRS i.e https://registration.telangana.gov.in
Step2:On the Homepage click on Emcumbrance Search under the Online Services Section
Step3:Scroll down hit submit button
Step4: Now select the search criteria >By documents OR >By Property

Step5:Enter the Documents, Year Of Registration, Registration At SRO
Step6:Hit submit button now E-Encumbrance will be displayed on the screen
