The government of Punjab Has launched an Online Portal Called Integrated Human Resource Management System (iHRMS), This website can be used by the Employees, the Employee can use this portal for Services like To see Service Book, Pay Slip, Yearly Statment, GPS, GIS, Leave Application, Increment order, Property Return and ACR Filing. The Employee can Access the portal via Employee ID and Password.

The Employee ID and Password will remain the same throughout the service.

How To Login On iHRMS Punjab Portal?

Step1:Visit the Official website of Ehrms Punjab Portal i.e hrms.punjab.gov.in

Step2:On The Homepage, Click on Login Button

Step3:Now Select Login As:-HRMS Code

Step4:User ID and Password

Step5:Now the Enter Captacha Code

Step6: Hit Login Button

Forgot/Reset Password eHRMS Portal

Step1:Visit the Official website of eHRMS Punjab Portal i.e hrms.punjab.gov.in

Step2:On The Homepage, Click on Login Button

Step3:Now click On Forgot Password

Step4:Now Select Your State, Department, and Employee Code.

Step5:Now Hit Search Button and Designation along with your Mobile Number will be displayed

Step6:Now you have to enter few more details like DoB & Mobile Number

Step8:Enter the OTP and Set New Password

How to Know iHRMS Code?

Step1:Visit the Official website of Ehrms Punjab Portal i.e hrms.punjab.gov.in

Step2:On The Homepage, Click on ‘Get Employee Code’

Step3: You can search ID by Unique ID Number(UID) i.e Aadhar Card or Through Date of Birth (DoB)

Step4:Now enter the Captcha Code

Step5:After that Enter OTP received on Registered Mobile Number i.e Mobile number that is registered with Employee ID

What if the Registered Number is different?

If the Mobile Number that is entered by you is different or old mobile number is registered in the Database of iHRMS/eHRMS Portal. Then you have to visit the Establishment Office And ask Service Book Maintenance Person to Change the Mobile number to your Desired mobile number. Then Repeat The Above Process.

How to Update Bank account Number?

Step1:Visit the Official website of Ehrms Punjab Portal i.e hrms.punjab.gov.in

Step2:Login with your iHRMS code.

Step3:Go To Menu option, Under My Services, click Bank Account Updation/Mobile Number

Step4:Enter your new Bank Account Number /Mobile Number

Step5: Now you Request Will be Submitted to DDO for Approval/Rejection

How to Update Mobile Number IHRMS Punjab Portal?

Step1:Visit the Official website of Ehrms Punjab Portal i.e hrms.punjab.gov.in

Step2:Login with your iHRMS code.

Step3:Go To Menu option, Under Employee Enrollment section

Step4:Select Various Service Book Updation & Update Mobile Number

How to See Property Return on EHRMS Portal Punjab?

Step1:Visit the Official website of eHRMS Punjab Portal i.e hrms.punjab.gov.in

Step2:On Homepage, Under Employee Related Click on View Property Return

Step3:Now Select State, Financial Year, Administrative Department, Office State, District, Establishment Office At Time Of Filing, Designation, Employee

Step5:Now APR Details will shown on Screen.

How to Check Employee Service Book?

Step1:Visit the Official website of eHRMS Punjab Portal i.e hrms.punjab.gov.in

Step2:On Homepage, Under Employee Related, Click on View Employee Service Book

Step3:Now Enter the Following Details:-State Name,Administrative Department,HoD / Board / Corporation,Present Posting Office State,Present Posting District,EmployeeCode/Name.

How can users submit Leave Joining Report?

After the leave has been completed User will have to login through his/her account to submit the Leave joining report Login >> Leave Management (Menu Name)>>Leave Joining Report (Sub-Menu name)

How Can User Apply for Leave?

Users will have to login through his/her account to Apply Leave Login >> Leave Management (Menu Name)>>Apply to Leave (Sub-Menu name)
